2016 Eureka Poker Tour Rozvadov Main Event

The second day of the PokerStars.net Eureka Poker Tour Rozvadov Main Event saw 287 players return to the tables of King\\\\\\\'s Casino. More than half of them would leave the biggest poker room in Europe empty-handed, as only the top 103 spots were paid at least €1,800. After eight levels — four of 45 minutes and four of 60 minutes — the field had been cut down to just 63.

Daniel Rose finished with a commanding lead. His 1.57 million in chips was far ahead of Martin Ilavsky\\\\\\\'s 841,000 and David Urban\\\\\\\'s 837,000, while Argentinian sensation Ivan "Negriin" Luca follows in fourth with 708,000.

Other big stacks and notables included Jonas Lauck (614,000), Karol Radomski (463,000), Peter Siemund (436,000), Robert Kokoska (398,000), Hannes Speiser (326,000), Amir Mozaffarian (308,000), Grzegorz Wyraz (249,000), and Dominik Paus (198,000).

Maria Lampropoulos (119,000) advanced as the last woman standing, and former European Poker Tour Vienna champion Michael Eiler bagged up a short stack of 17,000.

The day started fast and furious with 90 players being sent to the rail in the first 90 minutes. Among those to bust early were Michal Polchlopek, Dag Palovic, Roman Cieslik, Marius Pospiech, Harald Casagrande, Yehuda Cohen, and start-of-the-day chip leader Quentin Dellis.

Frantisek Bures bluffed away his stack in a big pot against Martin Kabrhel, and Josef Pavelka exited just shy of the money when his kings got cracked by the pocket jacks of Petr Machacek.

Competition is very exciting, very proud to report the race.
